Tom Maul Architecture+Design (TMAD) is a full service architectural design studio located in Seattle Washington led by Tom Maul. TMAD has worked on several projects of all shapes and sizes for amazing clients near and far. Balancing design and service, TMAD is know as a client-focused design firm that excels at listening and generating unique approachable solutions. We'd love to have a conversation about your project.

A little about Tom:
Creative-minded server and service-minded creator...Tom was born and raised in South Jersey (Margate) and still visits every summer to get his White House sub www.whitehousesubshop.net and Reuben www.fitzpatricksdeli.com . He holds a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Bucknell University, a Masters in Architecture from University of Washington, participated in the International Program at Aalto University in Finland, and an MBA. He is a licensed architect in Washington State. He has taught and serves as design critic at both UW and WSU. Tom's love of retail design was cemented in the early 90's at Starbucks Store Planning during a tremendously exciting period of growth (pre IPO to post IPO). Tom enjoys good food & wine www.pastaco.com, JP Trodden bourbon www.jptroddendistilling.com, shots of espresso www.bluestarcoffeeroasters.com, cooking, running, skiing, listening to KEXP www.kexp.org, "getting his glow" at www.skoah.com, and reading about current trends in leadership and Organizational Development. He travels to Mazama WA and Jackson Hole WY frequently. Tom lives in Seattle with his wife, Sue, and their children, Thomas and Eleanor.
