Creative-minded server and service-minded creator...Tom was born and raised in South Jersey (Margate) and still visits every summer to get his White House sub www.whitehousesubshop.net and Reuben www.fitzpatricksdeli.com . He holds a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Bucknell University, a Masters in Architecture from University of Washington, participated in the International Program at Aalto University in Finland, and an MBA. He is a licensed architect in Washington State. Tom's love of retail design was cemented in the early 90's at Starbucks Store Planning during a tremendously exciting period of growth (pre IPO to post IPO). Tom enjoys good food & wine www.pastaco.com,  JP Trodden bourbon www.jptroddendistilling.com, shots of espresso www.bluestarcoffeeroasters.com, cooking, running on dirt, skate skiing, listening to KEXP
www.kexp.org, "getting his glow" at www.skoah.com, and reading about current trends in leadership and Organizational Development. He travels to Mazama WA and Jackson Hole WY frequently. Tom lives in Seattle with his spouse, Sue, and their children, Thomas and Eleanor.
